Hard to think of another topic/issue that is so simple, yet.........
Yet has become so complex. Exercise & nutrition.
1% of America's population needs to make it complex (college/pro athletes, hard-core runners & bodybuilders, etc). The other 99% would be fine with "Exercise more, and probably @ higher intensity, and eat a balanced diet."
Every 3 months, my co-worker comes in with a new protein powder, because "My neighbor is a licensed nutritionist, and she highly recommends this powder!"
Dude, you're 40 pounds overweight, you barely break a sweat during your 30-minute workout, and the only sport you "play" is throwing a frisbee. Buying the "best" protein powder isn't going to make a difference --- just buy a 5-pound bucket of whey, and be done with it.
